Keith Prather
Senior Vice Commander - Army

He is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work degree at Middle Tennessee State University.

Retired Army Chief Warrant Officer Four, serving 41years in both the active Army and Army Reserve.

His civilian career consists of service in various federal positions. He was the Homeless Veterans Outreach Coordinator, the Minority Veterans Outreach Coordinator, and as a Benefits Counselor for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. He oversaw the administration of disability, pension, education, and housing benefits for veterans throughout the state of Tennessee. During a brief period in his professional career, he served as a Bank Manager and financial representative for three of the largest national banks.

Mr. Prather has served as a volunteer consultant for Junior Achievement, Big Brothers program, and as a Habitat for Humanity Board Member. He is an active member in several veteran’s organizations; Student Veterans of America B.R.A.V.O. MTSU Chapter, Military Officers Association of America, U.S. Army Warrant Officer Association, Warrant Officer Historical Foundation, Disabled American Veterans, and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
